Status Update 061019 & Origins Game Fair

We wanted to give you a quick status update:

UK & EU – Shipment is still in transit to Spiral Galaxy for Fulfillment (supposed to arrive to port on the 25th)

Australia – Shipment should be arriving any day to Campaign Coins

Canada – Shipment is in route to our fulfillment there and should be sent out by the end of the month to backers

US  – Almost all of the shipments have gone out as-of-today. There are about 5 orders with folks who ordered the Atmar's dice where we ran into a snag. We had placed the order for dice after we locked down backerkit for everyone that had finished and some folks straggled in and placed orders. We didn't realize this was the case and had to place a new order for dice. As soon as those orders come in we will get them out. 

MODULES:

All D&D 5th Edition except for Below the Forest of the Dead are up on the site (see booklets for links). I am in the middle of the layout for Below the Forest of the Dead and plan to have it live before the floor opens Thursday for Origins!!!

Fate – I will get those done after I return from Origins. They should go faster because the base layout and content is done.

Roll20: We will update the status on that after we get the Fate modules done.

ORIGNS THIS WEEK!!!

We will be at Norse Foundry booth #301 starting Thursday. Please come by and let us know what you think of Cardography if you have already received yours! Also, Carey Drake who did most of the art will be in the artist alley!

Shipping and Deliverables Update May 17

Hello Trusty Backers,

We finally have dates from our logistics partner. I apologize to all of our non-US backers for how long this has taken. Almost all of it was beyond our control, but we are doing the best we can to keep you aware of the status and make sure you know you will get your pledge rewards.

If you check out the grid you can see the shipping status of everything. The estimated arrival dates for when the boats will get into port are not nearly as soon as I would like them to be. Once we know they have arrived and gone through customs we will relay an updated delivery timeline based on the awesome folks who are helping to ship these out locally. 

Canada – Your orders will be delivered to our Canadian fulfillment partner in the next two weeks and should go out quickly from there. 

On to better news. US Backers, most of these shipments have gone out. If you have gotten a notification and seen no update on the tracking: your order has not shipped. Sorry for the confusion, it makes it much more efficient to print a batch of shipping labels all at once. Norse Foundry has a limited number of people shipping things out, and they are down 2 people this week for MegaCon. They are trying to get everything out as quick as they can. If you see the number in the grid, they have knocked a ton out!

Modules

All of the 5E versions are uploaded except for Traps! I will get that done next week and begin on the Fate versions. I am working on these as quick as I can.

Shipping Updates – May 5, 2019

Hello trusty backers. Thank you all for your patience while we are getting decks out! There have been a lot of questions and I will try to answer as many of them as I can here. If you have others, you can always email [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Modules are moving along. They are not all finished yet, but 2 are with the final editing and I am working on layouts for the Fate version of Tunneling the Wajue Mines. I will keep you posted as those get finished up.

Non-US Backers

We have had more than a few hiccups with our logistics company. Our original rep there is no longer with the company and because we do not do millions of dollars in shipping it took a while to get things moving. 

European Backers

Good news, the shipment will be picked up from China this week and head to Spiral Galaxy for fulfillment. Once I have any specific dates I will share them. 

Australian Backers

We should have the final paperwork Monday to allow for the shipment to go from China to our friends at Campaign Coins for fulfillment. Once I have any specific dates I will share them. 

Canadian Backers

Your rewards will be getting shipped from the US to our distribution channel in Canada around 5/11. We are waiting on the Kickstarter dice so that we can ship as one big group. As soon as we have more dates on fulfillment I will share them.

US Backers

The remaining decks (Magical Items, Monsters, NPCs, Traps) will all be arriving this week. We will get all shipments out as fast as we can. We have even started printing labels so they are ready to go once the decks hit our warehouse. 

There are a few orders who received the Atmar's dice. These will not be able to go out until around 5/11 as I didn't realize those were not already at the warehouse.

Missing US Shipments

As many of you know, we ran into a complication with shipping the first wave to US backers of the initial decks. After working with BackerKit and Shipstation we know what happened. It was something that we just wouldn't know to look for until we experienced it. Apparently Shipstation doesn't automatically show orders that are older than 180 days. A bunch of the orders were completed in Backerkit just a few days before that. So when we went to print out all the orders we didn't see a bunch of them. Luckily it was an easy fix and all of the orders that were supposed to ship originally should be in the mail by the end of the week!

Other Shipments

We are working with our logistics partner for the rest of the decks and other countries... it shouldn't be long before we can give everyone a realistic timeline. We are pushing them each day.

Module Status

Tunneling the Wajue Mines has been uploaded for 5E, the second draft of Below the Forest of the Dead and Survive the Badlands are going to be sent to Doug for a final edit by the end of this weekend. I will start laying out Tunneling the Wajue Mines for Fate as soon as those are off for editing. 

Roll20 will be after all of the modules are uploaded.

US Shipments Issues

Hello trusty backers!

We sent out a bunch of shipments to US-based backers, but apparently it wasn't all of the orders that should have gone out. 

Something went wrong when porting orders from Backerkit to Shipstation (our shipping software). We are working with both of those companies to try and resolve what happened and then ship out the orders that did not make it out of the warehouse. 

Thanks for your patience as we work through it.

Everyone Else

We will have a full update tomorrow or Wednesday with information for backers outside of the US, as well as the remaining decks headed our way. We are just waiting for some information from the logistics company  before we share with you. We will also update on the status of the modules.
